Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi has become involved in the madness of Transfer Deadline day, tweeting out to a Lille fan who was desperate to see him return to the French league.

The fan tweeted that he would love for the second choice Chelsea forward to join the club, but he didn't think it was possible.

Then, unexpectedly, Michy Batshuayi responded, saying 'Me either :( sorry.'

The centre forward's future has been left in doubt following Alvaro Morata's arrival and Chelsea's efforts to sign another striker in Fernando Llorente.

With the English transfer deadline having passed, he will remain with his current club for now.
