DiarioSport says Henry could follow Ronaldinho and Deco out of Barca this summer after failing to adjust to life in the Primera Liga this season.
Talks over personal terms have already been opened with Chelsea intermediaries.
The final decision could be made over the two legs of Barca's Champions League semifinal against Manchester United. If Henry is again limited to a midfield role, he may decide to seek a return to England in the summer.
