Chelsea are favourites for PSV Eindhoven teenager Riechedly Bazoer.
The Daily Mail says Bazoer is due to visit Chelsea and Arsenal this week as he weighs up his future.
The 16-year-old defender has been offered a three year contract by PSV but is keen to come to England with Manchester City also among his suitors.
