Chelsea's supporters, no great fans of ex-Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez, made their feelings clear before kick-off at Tuesday night's FA Cup fifth-round replay against Birmingham City by chanting against the Spaniard's candidacy and bellowing Jose Mourinho's name.
