Chelsea fans made support of Terry clear during Man Utd clash

Chelsea fans made their support for John Terry clear during their draw with Manchester United.

The Daily Mail says Terry sat out the match - which came just days after he was stripped of the England captaincy by the FA - due to a knee injury.

Even though he was not playing, Terry cast a long shadow over proceedings, with the visiting supporters taunting him over his highly-publicised problems.

Chelsea fans predictably showed their backing with chants of 'There's only one England captain', while jeering Ferdinand's every touch.

The Chelsea captain is facing trial on July 9 for allegedly racially abusing QPR defender Anton Ferdinand, the brother of United defender, Rio.
