Chelsea face competition for Porto defender Nicolas Otamendi.
It broke in Portugal last week that Chelsea had struck terms with Porto over a fee for the Argentine.
However, Izvestia says Zenit St Petersburg coach Luciano Spalletti is also interested in Otamendi.
It's claimed Otamendi will play out the season with Porto before moving to London in June.
