Chelsea could face legal trouble over the appointment of Maurizio Sarri.
The Daily Star reports former Napoli coach Sarri - the leading contender to replace Antonio Conte - loves to smoke during games and is regularly seen with a fag in his mouth.
However, he will have to ditch the habit because it is illegal to smoke in enclosed public places in England.
Chelsea observe the 2007 smoking ban at Stamford Bridge so Sarri would be barred from lighting up.
He wouldn't even be able to switch his smokes for an e-cigarette!
