Vitesse Arnhem winger Milot Rashica is emerging as a red hot transfer property.

Rashica, 19, is being watched by Everton, Lazio and Chelsea, according to Kosova Press.

The Albania international is tied to Vitesse until 2018.

Rashica joined Vitesse in February last year, having spent his junior days with AA Gent, Hannover 96 and FC Union Berlin.

Should Chelsea firm up their interest, they're sure to see off rivals thanks to their relationship with the Eredivisie outfit.

"Milot Rashica is an extraordinary player. I can see that he has great skills and high-quality technique. We have to keep an eye on him as he is a player with a great future.

"I am not sure if he is ready for the Euros or for 'Project Russia'. I just know that if he continues to play the way he has done for Vitesse, he will be a great asset," says Gianni de Biasi, the Albania coach.
