Chelsea are monitoring Gokhan Tore's situation at Hamburg.
The former Blues winger impressed at Hamburg last season and has offers from two Serie A clubs this summer, says BILD.
Should he make the move, 50 per cent of Tore's transfer fee will be due Chelsea.
