Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro is yet to return to work after being criticised by manager Jose Mourinho, reports BBC Sport.

Carneiro's role was downgraded after she and head physio Jon Fearn went on the pitch to treat Eden Hazard during the 2-2 draw with Swansea on 8 August.

Chelsea were reduced to nine men - goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois had already been sent off - and Mourinho said the duo had been "impulsive and naive".

Carneiro is in ongoing discussions with her lawyers.
