Chelsea desperate to keep teenage star Feruz

Sky Sports reports Chelsea are in talks with Islam Feruz about a new deal with a number of Premier League rivals weighing up moves for the teenager. The Blues snapped up the 17 year old from Celtic in September 2011 after he turned down a professional contract at Celtic Park.

Rivals Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, West Ham and Fulham are all monitoring his contract situation in West London.

West Bromwich Albion, Crystal Palace, Wigan, Brighton, QPR, Birmingham, Reading, Bolton and Blackpool are all believed to have expressed an interest in taking Feruz on loan.
