Chelsea won't wait around forever for Napoli striker Edinson Cavani.

Sportmediaset says the next 48 hours will be decisive in negotiations between the two clubs.

Chelsea have already agreed personal terms with Cavani's camp, but won't go to the £53 million demanded by Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis.

Should ADL continue to play hardball, Chelsea will turn to AC Milan striker Stephan El Shaarawy as an alternative.
