Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma is set to hold talks with Stoke City and West Brom on Wednesday regarding a potential season-long move.

Sky Sports claim that both clubs are interested in a move for the talented French centre-back, who missed almost a year of football following his anterior cruciate ligament injury in February 2016.

The 22-year-old could manage only 13 appearances for the Blues last season, and manager Antonio Conte is keen for him to get regular playing opportunities at another club this season.

Zouma joined the West London club from Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne in January 2014.
