Slobodan Rajkovic must still gain a UK work permit to kickoff his Chelsea career.
The Serb, 22, has been included in Andre Villas-Boas' squad which flew to Malaysia last night for the start of the Blues' pre-season tour.
But Rajkovic still does not have a work permit to play in Britain despite completing a £4million move back in 2005.
He scored in last week's behind-closed-doors 3-0 win against Wycombe - but was not allowed to play in Saturday's 1-0 win at Portsmouth.
