Chelsea defender Papy Djilobodji is interesting Hull City.

The Senegal international, after a tough six months at Chelsea, restored his reputation on-loan with Werder Bremen in the second-half of last season.

Foot Mercato says Djilobodji has two options planned for next term - to either stay in the Premier League or return to the Bundesliga.

Hull boss Steve Bruce is keen to take on the powerful stopper, but Werder are also keen.

While Werder chief Frank Baumann appeared to close the door on a return this week, behind the scenes talks are continuing between the two parties.
