Chelsea defender Seth Nana Ofori-Twumasi says the club's senior players are always looking out for their young teammates.
Ofori-Twumasi, back from England's U20 World Cup campaign in Egypt, is already training with the first team and admits stars like Ricardo Carvalho and Michael Essien are always available for advice.
The young defender told tribalfootball.com: "I have been involved with the first team on a couple of occasions and the quality is so different. No one hides away from the ball and when you get the ball you get so many options.
"In the youth team and reserves when players are having a bad day then they tend to hide away from the ball.
"I try to be my self and play my own game but when I am stuck and unsure I ask the senior guys who play in my position for help and they have been really great because they give me constructive feedback. Guys like Paulo Ferreira, Jose Bosingwa and even Michael Essien have been really helpful to me."
