David Luiz believes Chelsea teammate Eden Hazard is capable of being the world's best.

Luiz recently lauded the Belgian as the world's best young player - but now he reckons he can be the best anywhere on the planet.

The Brazil ace said: "He [Hazard] can be one day the best player in the world.

"I'm so happy for him because he's a great person, a great guy, with a lot of talent."
