Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma says it's critical the players buy into manager Antonio Conte's methods.
Conte's arrival appears to have been well received among Chelsea's squad with several players, including Ruben Loftus-Cheek, praising the 61-year-old's intense training sessions.
"He's a very, very good manager. We saw him in the Euros and he did very, very well," Zouma told the Chelsea TV.
"The way he wants us to play is very good. We have to follow him.
"We have to be all together. He's giving a lot of advice to everybody so that is very good. He's so close to the players."
