Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic says they want to win the Capital One Cup final for Nemanja Matic.
Matic will miss Sunday's game with Tottenham due to suspension.
Ivanovic told the London Evening Standard: "Everyone saw the incident and knows what happened. I hoped he would get a chance to play because it was an unusual situation.
"Everyone saw what happened there and knows what should be. But mentally he is very strong and knows how to deal with a lot of situations.
"It is normal in finals to give everything, that no matter who you play against, you fight for the trophy.
"But there are always things you can't usually find that give you special motivation for a final.
"All of us will have motivation (to do it for Nemanja), we have a big enough squad. So whatever has happened, we know we will be ready."
