Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic has revealed he and Liverpool striker Luis Suarez have made their peace over last season's biting incident. They faced each other on Sunday, December 29 for the first time since the Uruguayan's infamous bite on the Serbian last April.
Their reunion this Christmas lasted only half an hour, with Ivanovic leaving the pitch with a leg injury in a game Chelsea came from behind in to win 2-1.
Ivanovic told Serbian newspaper Blic: "Much has been written about when I was bitten by him.
"Now we have met, greeted, but we all solved (everything) immediately after the previous match.
"Back then he called me by phone almost immediately. So after this match he asked me about my injury, so we really are normal."
