Hutchinson has an incredible tale that includes retiring from the game in 2010 due to a chronic knee problem.
“Every game is a final to me. I have to treat every game like that because I don’t know if I can play the next one.
“When I was injured I’d lost the love for the game because I never played. I was always injured.
“I was depressed so it was easy for me to make the decision to retire.
“But I was still working at Chelsea and they said ‘you’re still fit - why don’t you have a go?’ So I came back and six months later I was in the first team again!
“That desire and hunger comes back if you train every day and I train most days now.
“I’m loving it at Sheffield Wednesday - the lads are great and so are the coaching staff. I’m just absolutely loving it.”
