Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen wants to extend his stay with Borussia Monchengladbach.

The Dane is in the second season of a two-year loan with Gladbach.

And while he insists no decision has been made about his future at Chelsea, the Rheinische Post says he's already informed Gladbach he wants to stay.

Chelsea's swoop for David Luiz on deadline day made up Christensen's mind.

It's now up to Gladbach and Chelsea to reach an agreement over a fee for the centre-half.
