Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has admitted that Friday night's match against West Bromwich Albion will be tough.
The Blues can clinch the Premier League title with a win, but their recent record at the Hawthorns leaves a lot to be desired. In their last five outings in the Midlands, Chelsea have lost three and drawn one.
"It'll be a tough game at West Brom, it always is," said Cahill.
"It's not a great place to go. We need to be aware of that and need to know that we need to do a job there."
