Chelsea defender Cahill satisfied with England triumph

Chelsea defender Gary Cahill was satisfied with England's 1-0 win at Euro2016 qualifying opponents Estonia.

England's performance may not have been the best but was enough for another three points.

"It was job done today," Cahill said. "We dominated the game, maybe got a little bit frustrated in the second half as we were eager to get the first goal.

"On another day, we could have got a lot more goals, maybe been a little bit more ruthless in front of goal. But nevertheless we created a lot of chances and are pleased with the win.

"Credit to them, you know. They worked hard, especially in the first half to close us down.

"It is always difficult when a team gets behind the ball and gets compact. It is hard to break them down.

"But today I thought we did break them down, maybe just that final little finish was lacking.

"You have games like that and it is important we stay concentrated, not get too frustrated and we finally managed to get the goal, which has obviously determined the result."
