Chelsea defender Gary Cahill was impressed by Burnley on Monday night.
Chelsea opened their Premier League campaign with a 3-1 win.
But Cahill said of his former club: "I've been here, I played here, they gave me my chance early on in my career so I hope they do really, really well this season.
"I've seen enough from that game to think that they can do that.
"It was lovely to be back. I've played here for the England under 21s and to play against Burnley was great.
"I wish them all the very best because I had some fond memories here."
