Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma is ready to sign for PSV Eindhoven.

Bruma has spent the last two years on loan at Bundesliga outfit Hamburg but is now targeting a move back home.

"I want to join PSV - this week we will open the negotiations," Bruma told Voetbal International< /I>.

"First PSV had to talk with Chelsea, after that it's my turn."
