Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma will remain at Hamburg for a second successive season, it has been announced, reports SkySports. Bruma played for the German club on loan for the 2011/12 season, scoring twice in 22 Bundesliga matches.
The 20-year-old will now continue playing for HSV for the 2012/13 campaign as well, the club's sporting director said on Thursday.
"Jeffrey will stay with us next season," said Frank Arnesen, adding that Bruma "has developed and shown his capacity to perform in several different positions."
