Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen has been given the all-clear to face Arsenal this week.
He had to be subbed off after a nasty head collision in victory at Brighton, but he is OK to play against Arsenal.
The Chelsea defender went down after bumping heads with Shane Duffy before getting treatment on the field.
Speaking after the game, Conte said: "Honestly, the player did not want to come off.
"The player is OK. He is available for the next game, for the next training."
If Christensen had suffered a concussion, he would not have been allowed to play in the Carabao Cup semi-final second leg against Arsenal.
