Chelsea defender Marcos Alonso admits Alvaro Morata is upset being omitted from the latest Spain squad.
Alonso, who has received his first call-up to the Spanish national side, admitted Morata was not happy at his Spain snub but insisted the striker is 100 per cent fit and focused again.
"Alvaro wasn't happy," Alonso told reporters.
"He has gone through a difficult few months with a back injury. He is now 100 per cent and the other day he scored.
"He is a very important player for us. I hope he will do well from here until the end of the season and he gets to go to the World Cup."
