Chelsea defender Alex has called on owner Roman Abramovich to make sure manager Carlo Ancelotti sticks around. The Brazilian signed under Jose Mourinho in 2007 but has seen Avram Grant, Phil Scolari and Guus Hiddink come and go since then.
He admits constant changes, including the sacking of No.2 Ray Wilkins, have not been easy.
Alex said: "When I arrived I worked with Jose Mourinho for only three months but I learned a lot.
"Carlo Ancelotti is the manager I have played under for the longest time and I think constant changes can really hinder you."
