Bournemouth are set to complete a £20m move for Chelsea defender Nathan Ake, according to The Telegraph.

The 22-year-old impressed during his loan spell with the Cherries last season before he was prematurely recalled by the eventual champions in January.

Ake scored three goals in ten appearances for the Cherries in the first half of the last season, but he could manage just two appearances for the Blues in the second half.

The Dutch defender is set to sign a five-year deal with the South Coast club.
