Chelsea's move for RacingGenk attacker Kevin de Bruyne is on hold.
The Telegraph says talks are now on hold over Genk winger De Bruyne, although the clubs have been close to an agreement.
The young Belgian also is interesting Manchester City.
De Bruyne is open to moving to Chelsea, but has concerns about getting a regular game.
