Chelsea have added Vietnamobile to their portfolio of regional partners, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/. The mobile firm has signed a three-year deal and becomes the west London club's official mobile network services partner in Vietnam.
As part of the deal Vietnamobile will be able to offer co-branded products such as limited edition SIM cards as well as exclusive digital content including wallpapers, videos and ringtones.
Chelsea claim to have a substantial following in Vietnam, with its Facebook page in the country having garnered more than one million likes.
"We are committed to bringing Chelsea FC as close as possible to our supporters around the world," said the club's chief executive Ron Gourlay, "and I am very pleased this partnership with Vietnamobile will allow us to extend that reach in a country where we are already very popular."
The club's only other deal in Vietnam is with Vietinbank, which acts as the Blues' financial services partner in the country.
