Chelsea could make a cash-plus-player swap offer for Lazio midfielder Cristian Ledesma. The Daily Mail says Chelsea have been scouting in Italy for an attacking midfielder and centre half and have been encouraged to make a bid for Lazio's Italy midfielder Ledesma.
