Ashley Cole has put pen to paper on his new Chelsea contract.
The Daily Express says Cole was to complete a new £120,000-a-week, five-year deal with Chelsea when he returns from England World Cup duty.
Full-back Cole has already agreed terms to tie him to Stamford Bridge until 2014, but he is signed terms, which was confirmed by the club today.
Cole, 28, will follow in skipper John Terry's footsteps as well as those of striker Didier Drogba in committing long term to Chelsea.
Cole was being chased by both Manchester City and Barcelona, but had indicated that his first wish was to stay at Chelsea.
