Chelsea have confirmed that they have agreed a loan with AC Milan for Fernando Torres.
The 30-year old Spanish striker has penned a two-year temporary deal with the Italian club but the completion of the transfer depends on the agreement of personal terms and the passing of a medical.
Torres' future at Stamford Bridge has been questioned for the entire summer and he is now on the verge of making the move to the San Siro after scoring 45 goals in 172 appearances for the Blues.
