Chelsea are keen on St Etienne defender Kurt Zouma.
The Daily Mail says the young St Etienne defender is serving a ten match ban after being sent off against Sochaux but Chelsea are close to agreeing a deal for around £12million.
Manchester United and Arsenal are also interested in the France international.
