Luiz Felipe Scolari must wait until next season if he wants to take another Premiership job.

The ex-Chelsea manager Scolari has a clause in the severance package agreed with the club that prevents him from taking a job with another Premier League club until the end of the season at the earliest.

The Brazilian was dismissed by Chelsea after less than seven months at Stamford Bridge with a £7.5 million compensation pay off to settle the remaining 17 months of his contract.<> Confidentiality requirements have been built in to the deal and now, says the Daily Express, it has emerged that another of the conditions is that he does not take another post in England this season.
