Chelsea coach Rui Faria has had part of his stadium ban suspended on appeal, reports SkySports. Jose Mourinho's assistant was given a six-match stadium ban for attempting to confront referee Mike Dean during Chelsea's home defeat to Sunderland last month.
Faria chose to fight the verdict, and an Appeals Board has ruled he must now serve just a four-match ban.
The remaining two-match ban will be suspended for 12 months and activated only if he is guilty of a further rule breach.
Faria was fined £30,000 as part of the initial verdict, and a statement on the Football Association website confirmed the fine still stands.
