Chelsea youth coach Dermot Drummy is backing more of the academy to follow Josh McEachran into the first team.
England U17 captain Nathan Chalobah is one to watch, says Drummy.
He told chelseafc.com: "It is lovely to win the Youth Cup but it is actually about making players for our first team like Josh McEachran. Nathaniel Chalobah is hopefully coming through and there are also players who if they don't make it through still get sold to get revenues for the club and then have good careers.
"Making first team players is still the main priority, but yes, we love the Youth Cup."
