Chelsea are believed to be close to a deal for Romanian young gun Cristian Manea.
The Daily Mail reports that the Blues have agreed a £2.3million fee with Viitorul Constanta for the 17-year old right-back.
Manea attracted the attention of Chelsea when he debuted for the Romanian senior team in May last year and it is now believed that the west Londoners are on the verge of securing his signature.
The highly-rated Manea has been a target for Arsenal, as well as Ajax and Udinese, but is expected to soon sign a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge.
