Chelsea are closing in on Porto star Hulk.

Porto are now finalising a deal for Jaguares striker Jackson Martinez, who is likely to arrive as a direct replacement for Hulk.

The Brazil international remains a top target for Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, despite talk from Porto president Nuno Pinto da Costa that no offer has arrived.

With the Martinez deal just about over the line, Porto will be eager to negotiate a serious price with Chelsea for Hulk.
