Chelsea to close deal for Ajax fullback Van der Wiel

Chelsea are closing in on Ajax defender Gregory van der Wiel.

The Sunday Times says Chelsea are on the brink of landing the Holland international in an £8 million deal.

Van der Wiel has also been linked with Real Madrid in recent days.
