Chelsea have confirmed that they have reached an agreement with FC Basel to sign winger Mohamed Salah.
The 21-year old Egyptian ace is on his way to London to discuss personal terms with the Blues as well as undergoing a medical.
Salah starred for the Swiss club in their two victories over Chelsea in the Champions League earlier this term and is set to land at Stamford Bridge for a fee of around £11million.
