Chelsea chiefs have heeded manager Antonio Conte's warning about Thibaut Courtois' contract situation.
Last week, Conte had declared concern after learning the goalkeeper and Chelsea had suspended negotiations over a new deal.
The Telegraph says Chelsea's board are in agreement with Conte that they cannot afford to lose the keeper and will seek to reopen talks with his camp.
Courtois has already been assured that everyone inside the club, from Conte to the players and staff, want him to stay.
The Belgian's deal runs to 2019.
