Chelsea football chief Frank Arnesen attended Israel's Euro2008 qualifier with Croatia last night.
Sportske Novosti says Arnesen was running his eye over Dinamo Zagreb midfield ace Luka Modric.
Croatia international Modric, 22, is also being tracked by Arsenal and is keen on a move to London.
