Chelsea chief admits transfer policy shift

Chelsea chief Peter Kenyon insists they're not in the market for any big-name signings.

The Blues have been linked with West Ham striker Carlos Tevez and Barcelona's Samuel Eto'o, but Kenyon said: "By Chelsea standards it's been very quiet. That's probably the headline...both in terms of names and in terms of big spending. We've had three or four so-called free transfers."
