Chelsea are serious about prising Adama Traore away from Middlesbrough this summer.
The London Evening Standard says while negotiating over the sale of Patrick Bamford back in January, Chelsea made an enquiry for the 21-year-old winger over a possible purchase in the future.
It is understood Middlesbrough put a £20million valuation on the former Barcelona starlet's head, a fee Chelsea are unlikely to pay.
West Ham are also keen and the Championship club will sell for the right price, but it could be a prolonged saga for a player who still has three years to run on his contract.
