Chelsea are eyeing Bayern Munich teenage winger Toni Kroos.

The 18 year-old could be on his way to Chelsea as early as January. It's mooted the Germany U21 international will join Chelsea on-loan with the view to a permanent deal at the end of the season.

Kroos' Dad, Rudi, said: "I am going to have a meeting with [general manager] Uli Hoeness soon."
