Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is chasing Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke.
The Telegraph says Chelsea will use the funds generated from David Luiz's sale to PSG to rebuild their midfield.
Signing Koke from Atletico would appear to be a difficult deal for Chelsea given they already want to sign Diego Costa, are intending to recall goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois from his three years on loan at Atlético and have inquired about Filipe Luis.
Koke was previously a target for Manchester United.
